Appointment of new welfare officer

Welfare Support Officer, Pamela Hutton.

NZALPA is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Pamela Hutton to the new position of Welfare Support Officer.  As the medical and welfare team has evolved and grown, it became evident that there was a need for a dedicated role to assist and support the team’s very important work.

Pamela has agreed to step into the new role and will  provide support and administrative assistance to the Medical and Welfare Director, Medical and Welfare Subcommittee, and the PAN and WAF teams.

Pamela is a longstanding member of the NZALPA family, having joined 17 years ago.  She has the perfect skill set for this crucial role, having spent many years in her previous position with NZALPA supporting members on insurance claims under MBF, GDI and GLI insurances.  She is also formally trained in Critical Incident Stress Management.

Pamela can be contacted by emailing [email protected]
