Skycity has several dining and bar options available.
Breakfast
Skycity Grand Hotel
A five star buffet breakfast is served in the Terrance Restaurant on level 7 at the following times:
Mon - Fri : 06:30 - 10:30
Sat - Sun : 06:30 - 11:00
Delegate & accompanying person rate: $30 NZD (Normally $35)
Skycity Hotel
A buffet breakfast is served in the Fortuna Restaurant at the following times:
Mon - Fri : 06:00 - 10:00
Sat - Sun : 06:00 - 11:00
Standard rate : $ 21.95 NZD
During the conference (Friday the 20th of March through to Tuesday the 24th of March) a buffet style lunch will be served in the Auckland Room (see map here) on level 4 of the convention centre. The cost of lunch is included in the registration fee. Times will vary depending on the agenda of the day. Remember that on Sunday the 22nd lunch will be provided by NZALPA, the host association, as part of the hospitality day.
There are several options available for dining within the Skycity complex. When planning for dinner remember that on Thursday the 19th, at the Welcome Reception, substantial canapés will be served and on Saturday the 21st, at the Gala Dinner, a meal is obviously provided as part of the programme. Located on level 3 of the casino complex and across the level 5 bridge from the convention complex, Bar3 is a magnet for those looking for a bar atmosphere with more to offer than the standard watering hole.
Located on Federal Street, Bellota is a tapas bar with a menu designed by Peter Gordon. This tapas bar is a modern take on the authentic Spanish tapas bar experience.
